Custom cushions typically take 2-3 weeks to handcraft in our factory, plus shipping time (3-5 business days viaFedExuPS). Rush orders may be available for an additionalfee – contact us to check curent production schedules.
We stand behind our work with a Perfect Fit Promise. If your cushion doesn’t fit due to our error, we’ll remake it for free. Please double-check your measurements before ordering, as custom-made cushions cannot be returned if made to your specifications.
You can add non-slip ties to secure your cushion to furniture, non-slip bottom material for extra stability, and piping (welting) around the edges for a polished, finished look. All these features can be selected during the ordering process and may have a small additional cost.
